With joined business partner Gert Jan Scholte on a business trip in key potato states in India. I was very impressed with the progress in the country and professionalism of the visited companies in Punjab and Gujarat. I also gave a lecture at the CII, “India Europe Business and Sustainability Conclave”. Where I elaborated on the application of remote sensing techniques for the food chain with a focus on yield increase, knowledge sharing and reducing food waste. Partly due to the good support of the Agricultural advisors of the Embassy New Delhi of India, we were able to make it a successful business tour.
